Clear Blue Water Tech, LLC Shipping Policy
Orders will ship promptly upon receipt of payment in full by either credit card or direct bank payment (ACH).
Free Shipping: “Free Shipping”, when offered, requires a minimum purchase amount which will be clearly indicated in any promotion, and includes shipping at Clear Blue Water Tech’s expense to one (1) single address in the continental US, indicated by Buyer at the time of ordering.
Buyer is responsible for all additional shipping expenses, including shipping from Clear Blue Water Tech’s warehouse, or subsequent shipping to Buyer’s separate locations.
Pallets: Pallet quantities will be shipped by common carrier with shipping times to be communicated by Clear Blue Water Tech to Buyer upon confirmation.
Cases: Small case quantities will generally be shipped by UPS, FedEx, or USPS at Clear Blue Water’s sole discretion.
Other: Clear Blue Water Tech will use its sound business judgment to select the preferred shipping method for quantities that are smaller than pallets full but more than a few cases, which may be by common carrier or another shipper.
Expedited Shipping: Buyer can request expedited shipping which, if available, will be provided at Buyer’s sole expense. Requests can be provided in the “Note” field of the Order form, or by email. Email requests should be sent to [email protected] with the subject line “Expedited Shipping Request for Order #[Insert Your Order number].” Clear Blue Water Tech cannot guarantee that expedited shipping can be accommodated.
Damage or Loss Claims: Clear Blue Water is NOT responsible for and damage or loss during shipping under any circumstances. Buyer must document any damage or loss at the time of delivery and file a claim with the shipper.
Communication and Confirmation: Clear Blue Water Tech will communicate with Buyer via email to select the best shipping method available, selected by Clear Blue Water Tech, LLC, in consultation with its logistics advisors, with regard to being both expeditious and economical. Confirmation of shipping will be provided with details and tracking number where available.
