Return / Refund Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sales are subject to this Return/Refund Policy.

While returns and requests for refunds for our goods are exceedingly rare, Clear Blue Water Tech stands behind the high-quality of its Affinity™ branded goods.

Defective Goods: Defective goods will be refunded or replaced at no charge to Buyer. Seller pays all freight for replacement goods to the original shipping address.  Seller reserves the right to verify that goods are actually defective, or to request return of defective goods at Seller’s expense, or Seller may require Buyer to destroy / dispose of the defective goods and to certify the destruction/disposal prior to replacing defective goods or issuing a refund. [Note: If Seller determines that the goods are NOT defective, Buyer is responsible for return freight of goods. Such goods will be held for thirty (30 days) and thereafter, Buyer will be responsible for storage charges.]

Other Returns: All other returns are subject to a restocking fee of not less than 15% and not to exceed 20%. The restocking fee may vary depending on size of the order, reason for return, and other factors. Sale items and discounted items are subject to restocking fees based on the full retail price. Buyer must pay all freight to deliver return goods in their original packaging, suitable for resale, to Seller’s designated location in new, resellable condition. Buyer must request authorization for all returns via email to Clear Blue Water Tech at [email protected]. Return authorization must be requested within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. Upon confirmation of return authorization, Buyer may arrange shipping to the address provided with the return authorization.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Items in new and resealable condition will be refunded in accordance with this policy.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to original method of payment (your credit card or bank), within seven (7) business days.

Applicability: Clear Blue Water Tech, LLC’s Return / Refund Policy is solely applicable to its own direct B2B purchasers (dealers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and the like) and is non-transferable. Buyer is solely responsible for handling returns or refund requests from its own retail customers (i.e. consumers) in accordance with Buyer’s own policies. 

Where is My Refund?

If you have received confirmation from Clear Blue Water Tech that a refund has been issued and you cannot locate it please do the following:

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your card statement or bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank, and confirm that a refund or credit has been issued and determine how long it will be before your refund is available to you.
3. Be aware that there is often substantial processing time before a refund is posted. It could potentially be 30- 90 days on their end.
4. Please be a little patient. Refunds move slowly even when we act quickly.
